AXIOMIA provides an HR decision governance platform that helps organizations make, document, and prove their workforce decisions. Our platform includes decision tracking, policy enforcement, audit trail generation, and compliance reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure authorized use of the platform within your organization
• Comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws
• Provide accurate information when using our services

4. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. AXIOMIA processes your data solely to provide the services you've requested. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with law.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

AXIOMIA provides tools to support HR decision-making but does not provide legal advice. Users are responsible for ensuring their decisions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

AXIOMIA and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including algorithms, models, documentation, and sample materials. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from platform materials
• Use sample Proof Packs or documentation to build competing products
• Share access credentials or allow unauthorized access to the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform

Sample materials (including Proof Packs, Evidence Manifests, and documentation) are provided for evaluation purposes only and remain AXIOMIA's confidential information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
